Mike and his wife, Celeste, are both graduates of Master's Commission. Mike is a certified minister with the Assemblies of God, and has been on staff with Evangel Temple for ten years.

Mike leads the Men's Ministries program and teaches the etKIDSclub. He and Celeste teach a Sunday School class for ages 20's and 30's in the Fellowship Hall Sundays at 10 a.m.

Mike and Celeste have 5 boys: Manasseh, Asa, and Abram Nichols, and Zayne and Noah Amerson.
